The intended principal activity of PT YSPII is manufacturing pharmaceutical products. The said incorporation is not expected to have any material effects on the net assets and earnings of YSPSAH. The said incorporation is not subject to the approval of the Company's shareholders. None of the directors or substantial shareholders or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in the said incorporation of PT YSPII.
