The adjusted exercise price and exercise ratio for the TSH-CA will take effect at 9.00 am on 2 December 2011, being the Ex-date for the Bonus Issue.
Please note that there will not be any new issuance of TSH-CA on the Entitlement date pursuant to the Bonus Issue.
The terms and conditions of the TSH-CA shall be correspondingly adjusted based on the formula as set below:
Exercise Price
The Exercise Price for the TSH-CA will be adjusted as determined by the following formula:
Adjusted Exercise Price = X / (1+N)
where,
N = 1.00, being the number of new TSH Shares per existing TSH Share.
X = RM2.78, being the existing Exercise Price of the TSH-CA immediately prior to the Bonus Issue.
Based on the calculation above, the Exercise Price of TSH-CA will be adjusted from RM2.78 to RM1.39.
Exercise Ratio
The Exercise Ratio for the TSH-CA will be adjusted as determined by the following formula:
Adjusted Exercise Ratio = (1+N) x E
where,
N = 1.00, being the number of new TSH Shares per existing TSH Share.
E = 0.25, being the existing Exercise Ratio of the TSH-CA immediately prior to the Bonus Issue.
Based on the calculation above, the Exercise Ratio of TSH-CA will be adjusted from 0.25 (4 TSH-CA to 1 TSH Share) to 0.50 (2 TSH-CA to 1 TSH Share).
