1. The name of the directors of SACHIEW and EMPRESA;
2. Date of commencement of the NCR Claim, Sarawak High Court Suits and Kina
Juara-Empresa Dispute;
3. Whether there will be adjustment to the EMPRESA Disposal Consideration in
the event that the outcome of the NCR Claim, Sarawak High Court Suits and Kina
