Query Letter content: We refer to your Company's announcements dated 4 January 2011, in respect of
the aforesaid matter.
In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa
Securities") with the following additional information for each of the
Proposals for public release:-
The quantification of the market value of the Property and the method of
valuation by the Independent Valuer;
The net book value of the Property based on the latest audited financial
statements;
The original cost of investment and date of such investment;
The particulars of all liabilities to be assumed by the purchaser arising from
the disposal;
The existing use of the Property. If currently let out, the details of the
rentals and rental income per month or per annum. If the Property is currently
used as factory for the Group's operations, the effects of the disposal on the
Group's operations;
The approximate age of the buildings;
Further clarification on the Group's on-going cost optimization and business
streamlining strategy; and
The effects of the gain on disposal on the Group's earnings per share, net
assets per share and gearing (if any).
