SIXTH (6TH) MONTHLY ANNOUNCEMENT ON THE STATUS
OF THE COMPANY'S PLAN TO REGULARISE ITS CONDITION
PURSUANT TO PRACTICE NOTE 17/2005 ("PN17")
Contents: Further to the announcement made on 01/12/2010 ("Fifth Monthly
Announcement") the Board of Directors of Linear wishes to announce
that the company is continuing negotiation with interested parties and
key stakeholders to formulate a regularisation plan.
The Company has 6 months to submit its regularisation plan to the
relevant authorities for approval.
The Company wishes to announce that the appointed advisor,
Convenant Equity Consulting Sdn. Bhd. is still in the midst of assessing,
formulating and implementing an appropriate restructuring scheme to
turnaround its business operations and financial position and the
Company shall announce the Regularisation Plan to Bursa Malaysia
Securities Berhad in due course.
