The Company wishes to inform that BRDB has completed the feasibility studies on the lands and submitted its findings to MPHB. As the Feasibility Study Periods referred to in the three MOU are due to expire on 12 January 2011 and discussions between BRDB and MPHB pertaining to the feasibility study and joint development of the lands are still on-going, both parties have mutually agreed to extend the Feasibility Study Periods for a further period of two months to 12 March 2011. All other terms and conditions of the MOU remain unchanged.
