The Board of Director of Perisai Petroleum Teknologi Bhd (Perisai) denies that Perisai has entered into any contractual agreement with Ezra Holdings Ltd or HCM Logistics Ltd with regard to the acquisition of three anchor-handling tugs in exchange for Perisai shares.
Perisai is in the midst of sourcing for new opportunities to collaborate with potential parties to either build or acquire more strategic marine assets, however no agreement has been finalised thus so far. In the event that any agreement is finalised, Perisai will accordingly make the appropriate announcement.
