On behalf of YTLe, CIMB Investment Bank Berhad ("CIMB") wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has in its letter dated 25 October 2010 (which was received on 26 October 2010) approved the listing of and quotation for such number of additional new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each, representing up to 30% of the issued and paid-up ordinary share capital of YTLe, to be issued upon the exercise of the options under the ESOS.
The approval of Bursa Securities is subject to CIMB submitting to Bursa Securities a confirmation of full compliance of the ESOS pursuant to Rule 6.44(1) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities and stating the effective date of implementation, together with a certified true copy of the resolution passed by the Company's shareholders in a general meeting.

Contents: Pursuant to our announcement dated 22nd September 2010 and 4th October 2010, the Board of Directors of Kannaltec Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that the Company and its subsidiary, Kannal Solutions Sdn Bhd (KSol), being Corporate Guarantors for the above borrowings by Obnet Sdn Bhd, had received a letter of demand dated 26th October 2010 from Kuwait Finance House (Malaysia) Berhad ("KFH") (via its solicitors) for the sum of RM 23,592,588.67 due and payable under the abovementioned facility as at 30th September 2010.
Further, the said letter also includes the following :-
A demand for full settlement of the sum of RM 23,592,588.67 comprising the following (as per the table below) within 14 days from the date of their letter, failing which, legal proceedings shall be commenced against the Company and KSol without further notice :
Notwithstanding ongoing attempts by the Company to resolve the above matter amicably with KFH, the Company will continue to seek legal advise from its solicitors on this matter and take the appropriate action accordingly.
