The Gazette was obtained by WSC on 28 September 2010.
Palmilltech, a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of PMT Industries Sdn Bhd, was incorporated on 24 January 1983. PMT Industries Sdn Bhd is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Petro-Pipe Industrial Corporation Sdn Bhd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of WSC.
The striking off of Palmilltech will not have any effect on the share capital and shareholdings of the substantial shareholders of WSC and will not have any financial impact on the gearing, earnings and net assets of WSC Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2010.
None of the Directors, major shareholders of WSC and/or persons connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the striking off of Palmilltech.
