Contents: Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 9 September 2010, 15 September 2010 and 20 September 2010 in relation to Civil Suit No: D1-22-1100-2006.
Upon negotiation between Hew Fan Wor, the 2nd Defendant and Discover Orient Holidays Sdn Bhd ("DOH"), both parties had on 27 September 2010 agreed to place the judgment sum of RM262,387.51 with accrued interest of 8 % per annum for one year in a joint fixed deposit account under the solicitors of DOH and the 2nd Defendant as stakeholders until the outcome of DOH's appeal at the Court of Appeal.
