Contents: We refer to the earlier announcements made by OSK Investment Bank Berhad ("OSK") on behalf of the Board of Directors of SAAG ("Board") on 14 December 2009, 28 December 2009, 5 January 2010, 14 January 2010 and 22 February 2010 respectively, in relation the Proposed Private Placement.
On behalf of the Board, OSK wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had vide its letter dated 24 June 2010, have granted SAAG an extension of time of six (6) months from 25 June 2010 until 25 December 2010 to complete the implementation of the Proposed Private Placement.
