MCAPL is incorporated on 25 May 2015 under the Corporations Act, Australia with an issued and paid up share capital of AUD1,200 comprising 1,200 shares of AUD1.00 each. The intended principal business of MCAPL shall be property development.

The incorporation of  MCAPL is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings and net assets of MCHB Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2015.

Other than the directors’ respective interests through MCHB, none of the directors and / or major shareholders and / or persons connected with a director or major shareholder of MCHB has any interest, direct and/or indirect in MCAPL.
