We refer to the announcements dated 12 June 2014, 25 November 2014,16 January 2015, 12 February 2015, 3 March 2015 and 23 March 2015 in relation to the Privatisation (“Announcements”). Unless otherwise stated, the definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the Announcements. On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank wishes to announce that the settlement of the Offer Price pursuant to the Privatisation has been made to the Scheme Shareholders on 3 April 2015 in the following manner:- (i) the Cash Consideration of RM122,929,903.14 has been (a) credited into the Scheme Shareholders’ registered bank accounts last maintained with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd (“Bursa Depository”) or (b) remitted in the form of cheques and despatched to the Scheme Shareholders’ registered address last maintained with Bursa Depository, through ordinary mail; and (ii) 279,386,110 Consideration Shares have been allotted, issued and credited to the Scheme Shareholders’ securities account. The Consideration Shares will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 6 April 2015. Following the settlement of the Offer Price, the Privatisation is completed on 3 April 2015. This announcement is dated 3 April 2015.
