We refer to the Company’s announcements dated 9 March 2015 and 10 March 2015 in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board of Directors of iDimension, Mercury Securities wishes to inform that the Board had on 23 March 2015 resolved that the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants is conditional upon the Proposed Acquisition. This is in view that the Proposed Acquisition is to be undertaken to further strengthen the financial position of iDimension as IDB is already a profit generating entity. This announcement is dated 24 March 2015.
