We refer to the announcement dated 17 November 2014 in respect of the Proposed Disposal (“Announcement”). Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement shall be the same as the previously defined in the Announcement. We wish to inform that the following sections as stated in the Announcement should read as follows:- 9. Effects of the Proposed Disposal (ii) Earnings Per Share ("EPS") Upon completion of the Proposal Disposal, the Group will realize a gain of approximately RM3,438,184.36. This represents an increase in Group's EPS of 0.79 sen. (iii) Net Assets per Share and Gearing Based on the latest consolidated financial statements of the Company as at 31st December 2013, the net assets per share of the Company is 20.05 sen. Upon completion of the Proposed Disposal, the net assets per share of the Company shall increase by 0.79 sen. The Proposed Disposal will not have any material effect on Gearing of Cuscapi. 12. Salient Terms The salient terms is stated in the Section 4 of the Announcement. No other salient terms in respect of the Call Option(s). This announcement is dated 18 November 2014. | |
