We refer to our earlier announcements dated 9 December 2013 and 8 July 2014 in relation to the above matter. Unless otherwise stated, all abbreviations used herein shall have the same meanings as those stated in the said announcement. We wish to
announce that Layar Raya Sdn Bhd had on 8 September 2014 mutually agreed with
Fame Action Sdn Bhd to further extend the period for payment of the balance
consideration amounting to RM26,700,000.00 to 9 October 2014 subject to the
payment of interest at the rate of 8% per annum to be calculated on a daily
basis. This
