| Description | Further to the First Announcement made by the Company on 31 October 2013 in compliance with Rule 4.1(a) of Guidance Note 3 (“GN 3”) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad for ACE Market ("ACE LR"), and in compliance with Rule 4.1(b) of GN 3 of the ACE LR, the Board of Directors of Cybertowers Berhad wishes to inform that the Company is still looking into formulating a plan to regularise its financial condition (“Regularisation Plan”). Premised on the First Announcement, the Company is required to submit the Regularisation Plan to the relevant authorities by 31 October 2014, which is approximately 2 months from the date hereof. This announcement is dated 2 September 2014. |
