The Board of Directors of YLI Holdings Berhad ("YLI" or "the Company") wishes to inform that the Company has on 18 August 2014 received a Notice of Nomination of Auditors dated 15 August 2014 from a substantial shareholder of the Company, for the nomination of Messrs Baker Tilly Monteiro Heng as Auditors of the Company in place of Messrs PricewaterhouseCoopers for the financial year ending 31 March 2015 and that their remuneration be fixed by the Directors (“Proposed Change of Auditors”). The Proposed Change of Auditors will be tabled to the shareholders of the Company for consideration at the forthcoming Nineteenth Annual General Meeting of the Company to be convened.
