Consequent thereupon, SSSB became a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jetson. SSSB was incorporated in Malaysia on 3 July 2014. It has an authorised share capital of RM400,000.00 divided into 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of which RM2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each have been fully issued and paid-up. SSSB is presently a dormant company. The acquisition of SSSB is not expected to have any effect on the share capital as well as substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of Jetson, and is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings of Jetson group.
