Statement by the Board of Directors The Directors of the Company (excluding the interested directors) are of the opinion that the Disposal is fair and reasonable and is in the best interest of the Company and that the consideration for the Disposal was arrived on a willing buyer willing seller basis after taking into account the market value of the Property. This announcement is dated 5 August 2014.
