The Board of Directors of Elsoft Research
Berhad ("Elsoft" or "the Company") is pleased to announce
that Elsoft has adopted a dividend policy to pay an annual dividend of 40% of
its consolidated annual net profit after taxation, provided that such
distribution will not be detrimental to the Company’s cash flow requirements. This dividend policy shall commence for the
financial year ending 31 December 2014. Elsoft has been consistently paying
dividends to its shareholders since its listing on Bursa Malaysia Securities
Berhad in 2005. The adoption of the dividend policy indicates the Group's
maturity as a public-listed entity, as well as the Board's confidence in
Elsoft's financial prospects. This dividend policy also enables Elsoft
shareholders to participate in the growth and profits of the Group and serves
to reward its supportive investors. This announcement is dated 27
