In compliance with paragraph 3.2 of PN1 and further to the announcements made on 17 December 2012, 18 December 2012, 16 January 2013, 6 February 2013, 12 March 2013, 8 April 2013, 15 May 2013, 12 June 2013, 15 July 2013, 16 August 2013, 13 September 2013, 14 October 2013, 14 November 2013, 16 December 2013, 13 January 2014, 11 February 2014, 14 March 2014, 16 April 2014 and 16 May 2014, the Board of Directors of Hexagon Holdings Berhad (“HHB” or “the Company”) wishes to announce that the Corporate Debt Restructuring Committee (“CDRC”) has informed vide CDRC letter dated 23 May 2014 that the Proposed Debt Settlement (“PDS”) of Polymer Composite Asia Sdn Bhd (“PCA”) has been approved and was now binding on all lenders. PCA was required to finalise the preparation of the Debt Settlement Agreement within 30 days from 23 May 2014.

Save for the above, there is no other material development as of today.
