Further to the announcement dated 28 June 2013 in relation to the members’ voluntary winding-up of Jia Sdn Bhd (“Jia”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Topacres Sdn Bhd which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Insas, the Company wishes to inform that Jia had conducted its final meeting on 21 April 2014 to conclude the members’ voluntary winding-up. The Return by Liquidators Relating to Final Meeting was lodged on 22 April 2014 with the Companies Commission of Malaysia and Official Receiver, and on the expiration of 3 months after the said lodgement date, Jia will be dissolved. The dissolution of Jia will not have any material losses or effects on the net assets per share and earnings per share of Insas Group for the financial year ending 30 June 2014.
