as defined in the announcement dated 5 February 2014) Reference is made to the announcements made on 27 September 2013 and 5 February 2014. On behalf of the Board, CIMB wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had vide its letter dated 24 February 2014, and received on 25 February 2014, granted the Company: (a) a further extension of time in respect of the Proposed Joint Venture; and
(b) an extension of time in respect of the
remainder of the Proposals, for the submission of the Company’s draft circular to Bursa Securities for clearance under Paragraph 9.33(1)(a) of Bursa Securities Main Market Listing Requirements until 30 April 2014 or within a period of two (2) months from the Securities Commission Malaysia’s authorisation and approval for the ICULS and RCULS, whichever is later.
