Description	We refer to the Company's announcement dated 31 December 2013 in respect of the above acquisition and the letter of query from Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad dated 3 January 2014 (Ref: IJ-140103-55447) in relation thereto. Please refer to the attachment for our response to the aforesaid query. This announcement is dated 6 January 2014.
Query Letter Contents	We refer to the Company's announcement dated 31 December 2013, in respect of the aforesaid matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with the following additional information for public release:- Further detail justification to arrive at the acquisition price other than willing-buyer willing-seller basis; The reasons as to why the aggregate duration of the lease of 41 years is taken into consideration in arriving at the purchase consideration. As stated in the announcement, the purchase price of RM17,390,000 constitute the amount payable to the Vendor only (for the unexpired term of the lease of approximately 11 years) and does not include the Second Lease Premium (for the further lease of another 30 years) which is to be paid directly to Johor Corp; and The prospect of the Property including further elaboration of its "strategic location". Please furnish Bursa Securities with your reply within one (1) market day from the date hereof.
