| Mr. Choong Chee Mun joined Prolexus Bhd as the Senior Manager Group Finance in April 2013 and he is a member of both Malaysian Institute of Accountants and Certified Practising Accountant of Australia. He holds a Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance. He has 8 years of audit experience in Ernst & Young Malaysia and China where he was involved in statutory and special audits of public listed companies, multinational corporations and private companies of different industries. In addition, he was also involved in various initial public offering exercises in Malaysia and China. He is familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards, US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and China Accounting Standards. He left Ernst & Young, Shanghai in 2008 and joined Altran Control Solutions as a Consulting Manager where he was involved in Sarbanes-Oxley 404 compliance and providing finance and accounting advisory services for multinational corporations in China.
