Reference is made to the Company's previous announcements dated 3 December 2012, 1 April 2013, 29 April 2013, 20 May 2013, 6 November 2013, 2 December 2013 and 3 December 2013 on the above matter. The Company would like to update the Exchange that the Madras High Court has postponed the continued hearing date for the Petition filed by Kris Heavy Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd scheduled for today wherein the new hearing date has yet to be fixed by the Madras High Court. This announcement is dated 10 December 2013.

The Company would like to update the Exchange that the Kuala Lumpur High Court had today adjourned the hearing of SYABAS' application to amend the Writ of Summons and re-amend the Statement of Claim to add CIMB Investment Bank Berhad as Co-Plaintiff to 20 January 2014. The Kuala Lumpur High Court also fixed the Selangor State Government's application to strike out SYABAS' Writ of Summons and amended Statement of Claim for mention on 20 January 2014. The Selangor State Government's solicitors further withdrew their subpoena served on SYABAS' Chief Executive Officer with no order as to costs. SYABAS' solicitors subsequently withdrew their application to set aside the subpoena. This announcement is dated 10 December 2013. | |
