GBGAP was incorporated on 13 March 2013 with principal activities involving in investment holding and property. Its authorised and paid-up share capitals are RM100,000.00 divided into 100,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each and RM2.00 divided into 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each respectively.

None of the directors, major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected to them and/or any of the Company’s subsidiaries has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Acquisition.
