Properties owned by MSM Holdings located at H.S.(D) 28137, No. Lot 287, Town of Prai, District of Seberang Prai Tengah, Penang (a) Extension to Factory No. 2 (3,000 tonnes capacity) (b) (i) 1 unit of silo building 5 storey; (ii) No.7 Silo (2,500 tonnes capacity) and conveyor gantry; and (iii) Roof extension The Company had, on 21 August 2013 obtained the CCC from Majlis Perbandaran Seberang Perai and complied with the conditions imposed on the above properties. 2. Properties owned by MSM Holdings located at H.S.(D) 31965, P.T. 34447, Mukim Batu, District of Gombak, Selangor (a) Four (4) units of 250 tonne silo, a 50 kg and 1 tonne packing room and TNB sub-station on Lot 61, Jalan BRP 8/1, Perusahaan Bukit Rahman Putra, 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor Following the Announcement, the ‘Building Dept’ of Majlis Perbandaran Selayang (“MPS”) had, on 22 May 2013 conducted site inspection on the properties. MPS had requested an explanation from MSM Holdings on the on-going upgrading work on the site. MSM Holdings (via its consultant, Sepakat Setia Perunding (Sdn) Bhd) (“SSP”)) had, via a letter dated 1 July 2013 informed MPS that the upgrading work would not involved any change to the building structure or disrupt the public wellbeing, hence there is no requirement for the Company to make any submission or application to MPS. The submission documents to MPS for the CF application are currently pending the approval from the “Building Department” of MPS. Upon the approval from the “Building Department” of MPS, MSM Holdings (via its consultant, J.K. Bersatu Sdn Bhd (“JKB”)) will proceed to submit the CF application to MPS for the properties. Barring any unforeseen circumstances, MSM Holdings estimates it requires approximately six (6) months from the date of this announcement to secure all the remaining approval from MPS and obtain the CF for the above properties. 3. Properties owned by MSM Holdings located at H.S.(D) 31964, P.T. 34446, Mukim Batu, District of Gombak, Selangor (a) Restroom, lorry loading bay and forklift and pallet washing shed on Lot 60, Jalan BRP 8/1, Perusahaan Bukit Rahman Putra, 47000 Sungai Buloh, Selangor Following the Announcement, the ‘Building Dept’ of MPS had, on 22 May 2013 conducted site inspection on the properties. Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(5) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of IHH Healthcare Berhad (“IHH”) is pleased to announce that Parkway Pantai Limited (“PPL”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has on 12 November 2013, acquired 2 ordinary shares of RM1/- each, representing 100% of the total issued and paid-up share capital of Pantai Diagnostics Indonesia Sdn Bhd ("PDI”) from Pantai Holdings Berhad (“PHB”), an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of PPL, for a total cash consideration of RM2/- (“Internal Reorganisation”). PDI was incorporated on 3 May 2002 and its authorised and paid-up share capital are RM100,000/- and RM2/- respectively. PDI is presently dormant and its intended principal activity is investment holding. Upon completion of the Internal Reorganisation, PDI has become a direct subsidiary of PPL. The Internal Reorganisation is not expected to have any effect on the issued and paid-up capital of IHH or IHH’s substantial shareholders’ shareholdings or any effect on the earnings, net assets or gearing of IHH on a consolidated basis. None of the directors or substantial shareholders of IHH or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the Internal Reorganisation.
