Reference is made to the above. The Company wishes to inform of the upcoming expiration of the 2 year charter of its Mobile Offshore Production Unit, the Rubicone by the end of September 2013. The Rubicone has been on a bareboat charter to Gryphon Energy (M) Sdn Bhd from 30 September 2011. In preparation of the expiration of the charter, the planning for the demobilisation of the Rubicone has commenced. The Company is considering available options in securing continuing charters of the Rubicone and would make the necessary announcement thereat. This announcement is dated 17 September 2013.
