changed its name to I-Systems Consulting Sdn Bhd on 15 December 1997 and
subsequently to I-Systems Group Sdn Bhd on 26 February 2004. The company was
converted to a public limited company on 16 March 2004 and changed its name to CMSI on 15 September 2005.
CMSI has an authorised share capital
RM25,000,000 comprising 25,000,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, of which 23,600,000
ordinary shares have been issued and are fully paid-up. Prior to the
Acquisition, CMSI was a 68.76% subsidiary company of CMSB. Following the Acquisition, CMSI
