The Standardised Work and Equipment Code (“SWEC”) applied is Mechanical-Crane-Pedestal. The License is subject to terms and conditions stated therein. FINANCIAL EFFECTS The award of this License qualifies OGW to tender and participate for upcoming works, namely offshore pedestal cranes of various types and lifting capacities for PETRONAS and other oil major operators in Malaysia. The participation as manufacturer of offshore pedestal cranes is expected to have a positive contribution to the earnings and net assets of OGW and the THHE Group for the current and future financial years.
