After the above-mentioned disposal: I)The indirect interest of 273,498,613 RCULS (97.678%) comprises the following in which Tan Sri Dato' Sri Pheng Yin Huah is deemed to have an interest pursuant to Section 6A of the Companies Act, 1965: a.210,000,000 RCULS (75.000%) held under Kinsteel Bhd; and b.63,498,613 RCULS (22.678%) held under RHB Nominees (Tempatan) Sdn Bhd Pledged Securities Account for Kin Kee Holdings Sdn Bhd.
