Further to the announcement dated 2 May 2013 and 4 June 2013 in relation to the above captioned matter, the Board of Directors wishes to inform that there has been a material development with regard to the affiars of the Company whereby the Company has been wound up by an order of court on 21 June 2013 pursuant to a petition by Ambank Bhd a creditor of the Company and the affairs of the Company are now being managed by the Official Receiver who has been appointed as Provisional Liquidator by the Court.
