No. 689638-X) (“BSS” or “the Vendor”) for the acquisition of one piece of industrial land in Sendayan TechValley held under HS(D) 207907, PT No. 6379, Town of Bandar Sri Sendayan, District of Seremban, State of Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus (“the Property”) for a total cash consideration of RM3,634,015/- (“Purchase Price”) subject to the terms of the SPA.
