Outcome of Meeting

Circumstances by reason of which change has occurredOn 10, 12 and 13 June 2013, Asian Islamic Investment Management Sdn Bhd ("AIIMAN") completed the sale of an aggregate 570,000 shares in Efficient E-Solutions Berhad ("Shares") which resulted in a change in AIIMAN's deemed interest as investment manager from 1,520,000 Shares to 950,000 Shares. AIIMAN is an associated company of DBS Group Holdings Ltd (“DBSH”). DBSH has a deemed interest in the 950,000 Shares in which AIIMAN has a deemed interest.

Singapore Post Enterprise Private Limited ("SPE") has a continued direct interest in 147,529,100 Shares. SPE is a wholly owned subsidiary of Singapore Post Limited (“SingTel”). SingTel has a deemed interest in the 147,529,100 Shares in which SPE has a direct interest.

Temasek does not have any direct interest in Shares.

Temasek Holdings (Private) Limited (“Temasek”) has a more than 50% interest in SingTel, an independently managed Temasek portfolio company. Temasek has a more than 15% interest in DBSH, an independently managed Temasek portfolio company. Temasek is therefore deemed, pursuant to section 6A(4) of the Companies Act, to have an interest in the 148,479,100 Shares comprising the 950,000 Shares in which DBSH has a deemed interest and the 147,529,100 Shares in which SingTel has a deemed interest.
