The Board of Directors of Flonic wishes to append below the additional information (hereinafter referred to as “the Award”) for clarification purposes:- RISK ASSOCIATED WITH THE AWARD JHSB is expected to complete the project for renovation and fit-out works (excluding kitchen equipment [All equipment and/or services related such as hood, exhaust, fresh air supply, etc] CCTV and POS) at Level 2M, Kuala Lumpur International Airport 2 ("KLIA 2") within the estimate date of completion, failing which, Liquidated and Ascertained Damages (“LAD”) shall be imposed by Wesria Food Sdn. Bhd. at a rate of RM500/- per day for the delays from the estimate date of completion. Save for the above, there are no significant risk factors associated with the Award apart from the construction, human and normal business risks inherent in the construction/renovation industry. The Board has and will continue to exercise due care in considering the risks associated with the Award and will take appropriate measures to plan and mitigate the said risks.
