Description	We refer to the Company's announcements dated 25 January 2013 and 29 January 2013 and Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad's query dated 31 January 2013 in relation to the Proposed Private Placement ("Query"). On behalf of the Board, TA Securities wishes to provide the following additional information pursuant to the Query. The details of which are set out in the attachment below. This announcement is dated 4 February 2013.
Query Letter Contents	We refer to the Company's announcements dated 25 January 2013 and 29 January 2013, in respect of the aforesaid matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with the following additional information for public release:- 1. It is stated that TRB will be involved in the supply of machinery/equipments/spare parts to PASB for its manufacturing/assembly of the specialised vehicles. In this regard, please clarify further on what other roles will TRB be involved in on the "project collaboration" with PASB, other than stated above. 2. Whether the management of Takaso Trading Sdn Bhd has the relevant experience and expertise in the supply of machinery/equipments/spare parts for its manufacturing/assembly of the specialised vehicles, given that TRB is predominantly involved in the manufacturing and trading of rubber-based products. 3. Current stage of Memorandum of Collaboration ("MOC") between TRB and PASB and to state the indicative date on when the definitive agreement will be signed to formalise the project collaboration. 4. To state under what circumstances can TRB or PASB terminate the MOC. 5. To state the source of claim that "PASB is a major player in the heavy-duty and special purpose vehicles sector in Malaysia. Over the last decade, PASB has carved a niche for itself in this sector, both in the local arena as well as the international market". 6. Should there be any unutilised portion of the proceeds from the Rights Issue of Shares and Warrants undertaken in 2012, to provide the rationale on why the unutilised portion of the proceeds is not allocated for the working capital for project collaboration with PASB. 7. A statement on whether the project collaboration with PASB will result in diversification in operations by TRB pursuant to paragraph 10.13 of the LR. 8. To include the proposed private placement of 10% undertaken in 2012 as part of the steps to improve the group financial position as highlighted under Section 9.3 and also to highlight the variation of the utilisation proceeds. 9. To be more specific on the utilisation of the proceeds to "purchase materials" in the event TRB does not proceed with the project collaboration with PASB.
