Arising from the grant of initial awards of ordinary shares of RM1.00 each of the Company under the RSP (“Plan Shares”), the Company wishes to announce as follows: 1 Date of Offer : 7 February 2013 2 Number of shares offered under the RSP : 396,000 Plan Shares 3 Closing market price of the Company’s shares on the date of offer : RM18.00 as at 7 February 2013 4 Number of shares offered to selected executives under the RSP: (a) Executive directors/Chief Executive Officer (b) Senior management (c) Other selected executives : (a) Nil (b) 115,500 Plan Shares (c) 280,500 Plan Shares 5 Vesting period of the shares offered : 1st vesting – 31 December 2014 (subject to change based on the Remuneration Committee's decision) The initial awards offered under the RSP may be varied depending on the achievement of pre-determined targets set over a two year performance period. The final award of the Plan Shares under the RSP may be settled by an issuance of new shares, acquisition of shares from the market, payment by cash or a combination of any of the above as may be decided around November 2014.
