KFCH wishes to inform that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Ayamas Integrated Poultry Industry Sdn Bhd (“Ayamas IPI”) has on 30 November 2012, acquired the entire issued and paid up share capital of Felda Ayamas Ventures Sdn Bhd (“Felda Ayamas”) comprising two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each at a total cash consideration of RM2.00. Felda Ayamas is currently a dormant company. Felda Ayamas is intended to be used for the purpose of the Joint Venture Agreement dated 4th September 2012 (“Agreement”) (Please refer to our announcement made on 5th September 2012). KFCH also wishes to inform that the above Agreement has been completed as all the conditions precedent in the Agreement have been fulfilled or waived by both parties. | |
