We refer to the announcements made by Kenanga Investment Bank Berhad ("KIBB"), on behalf of the Board of Directors of CWorks ("Board") on 9 July 2012, 11 July 2012, 10 August 2012, 30 November 2012 and 5 December 2012 in respect of the Proposed Private Placement.
KIBB, on behalf of the Board, wishes to announce that the Proposed Private Placement is deemed completed as at 6 December 2012 upon the listing of and quotation for the 10,000,120 new ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in CWorks ("Placement Shares") on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") with effect from 9.00 a.m., Thursday, 6 December 2012.
