The Board of Directors of PJD wishes to announce that the Company intends to seek the approval of its shareholders for the Proposed Shareholders' Mandate for RRPT, Proposed Share Buy-Back and Proposed Amendments to AA at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting ("AGM") scheduled to be convened in November 2012. The existing Shareholders' Mandate for RRPT and Share Buy-Back which were approved by the shareholders at the General Meeting held on 24 November 2011 shall lapse at the conclusion of the said AGM, unless renewal is obtained. A Circular To Shareholders in relation to the above Proposals will be issued to the shareholders in due course. | |
