Since the last announcement by the Company on 25 February 2011, Tan Sri Datuk Dr. Ninian Mogan Lourdenadin's ("Tan Sri Mogan") beneficial interest in MBfH remains unchanged at 81.22% of its issued and paid up share capital comprising 462,996,991 shares. Tan Sri Mogan's interest in MBfH shares are held through Tor Private Limited, Nadin Holdings Sdn Bhd, Impact Action Sdn Bhd and Market Share Investments Limited.
As announced therein, Bursa Securities had granted the Company a further extension of time of six (6) months until 31 May 2011 to comply with the public shareholding spread requirement. Tan Sri Mogan informed the Company that he did not foresee being able to pare down his stake within a short duration of time and requested for further extension of time to comply with the public shareholding requirement. MBfH has not formulated a Rectification Plan and on 9 May 2011 made an application to Bursa Securities for a further extension of time until 31 December 2011 to rectify the public shareholding spread which is still pending the decision of Bursa Securities.
