To provide the basis and justifications for the following statements contained
in the press release announced:-
...Digistar is the only company in the country with the necessary competency
and resources that is able to undertake high technology broadcast projects ...
Digistar is the only company that currently offers IPTV services exclusively at
hospitals.
... we have captured more than 50% to 60% of the government as well as private
hospitals projects and education instituitions in the country.
We forecast that IPTV services will be able to generate approximately RM1
million re-incurring income per month in two years time.
