The Manager is pleased to announce that, in accordance with Paragraph 9.19 (46) of the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa?Malaysia"), the total revalued amount of the Properties shall be incorporated into the financial statements of Al-`Aqar for the financial year ending 31 December 2010.
