2. We expect the audit to be completed by end Jan 2011 but this really depends on the auditors, Messrs Ernst & Young's (EY) schedule.
3. We have previously furnished this information on 9th November 2010 . In summary, EY only commenced the audit in August 2010 as they were unwilling to commence before a portion for the previous year's fees was paid. As the Company had no funds, the Executive Deputy Chairman paid this deposit personally end July 2010 and thus, EY commenced the audit
