The authorized and paid up share capital will be increased as and when necessary.
The incorporation of DXN Argentina is to carry out the multi-level marketing business activities in Argentina.
The incorporation is not expected to have any material effect on the earning and net assets of the Company for the current financial year.
None of the Directors nor Substantial shareholders of DXN nor any person connected to them has any interest, either directly or indirectly in the incorporation of DXN Argentina.

The total contract value is estimated at approximately RM9.1 million
Both the Contracts are expected to be delivered within the first quarter of 2011.
FINANCIAL EFFECTS
The Contracts are expected to contribute positively to the earnings of Kencana Petroleum Group for the financial year ending 31 July 2011.
RISK FACTORS
Risk factors affecting the Contracts include but are not limited to execution risks such as availability of skilled manpower and materials, changes in prices of materials, and changes in political, economic and regulatory conditions. The Company has throughout the years established its track records and expertise to undertake such projects. As such, the management believe that the Company is able to mitigate the abovementioned risk factors.
