- Decision in Respect of De-Listing Procedures Commenced Against WWC
Contents: The Board of Directors of WWC ("Board") wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") has issued a letter dated 1 July 2010 ("Letter") in respect of de-listing procedures being commenced against WWC in view that the Securities Commission ("SC") had vide its letter dated 30 June 2010 disallowed the Company's appeal against the SC's decision to reject the Company's proposed restructuring scheme. The securities of the Company will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities on Tuesday, 13 July 2010 unless an appeal is made to Bursa Securities within 5 market days from the date of the Letter, which is by 8 July 2010 ("Appeal Timeframe").
