Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, YTL Corporation Berhad (“YTL Corp” or ”the Company”) wishes to announce that its subsidiary, YTL Cement Berhad, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, YTL Cement (Cambodia) Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore on 19 May 2015. YTL Cement (Cambodia) Holdings Pte Ltd was incorporated for the purpose of undertaking the business of investment holding.

The issued and paid-up share capital of YTL Cement (Cambodia) Holdings Pte Ltd is SGD1.00 comprising of 1 ordinary share.

The incorporation of YTL Cement (Cambodia) Holdings Pte Ltd does not have any material effect on the earnings, gearing or net assets of YTL Corp Group for the current financial year. None of the Directors and/or major shareholders of the Company or persons connected to them has any interest, direct or indirect in the said incorporation.
