Reference is made to the Company's announcements dated 29 September 2014, 3 October 2014 and 14 October 2014. Unless otherwise defined in this announcement, all terms used therein should have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 29 September 2014.
The Board of Directors of Connect wishes to inform that the Company had on 7 May 2015 disposed all its equity interest of 551,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each representing 36.73% held in MyGenBizz Berhad ("MGB"), an associate company, at a total consideration of RM1.00 (Ringgit Malaysia: One) only to Mr. Tan See Kuy.
Upon the above, MGB has ceased to be an associate company of Connect with effect from 7 May 2015 and consequently, the Proposed Disposal has been deemed to be completed on the same date.
